Hello, I have a semi-detached maisonette property with a living space in the large kitchen if you need a 2-bed property or if not, you could use the other room as a living room as I do.
It is close to Primary and Secondary schools, a 15-minute walk from town and close to shops, dentist, doctor, Freeport, etc. The back garden needs a little maintenance but it is very large, lovely in the Summer and separate from the person living downstairs's garden. There are two external sheds as well as the garden. Friendly neighbours too.
I am looking to swap soon and would like a flat with a balcony or house/maisonette in either Braintree, Chelmsford, Shoeburyness, Stansted or Pitsea. I would also consider moving to outside of Essex. Multi-swapping is fine. Please get in touch if you would like some more details.
