Council exchange advert - would like a 3 bed house

hi i have a 2 bed end terrace council house on south roundhay, which is just off gilscroft road. it has CH, DG, alarm,bathroom upstairs in what would have originally been the smallest 3rd bedroom. my house also has a large back garden & mostly tarmaced front garden.its a quiet road & nice neighbours, reason we are wanting a move is because we'd like a 3 bed council house (may consider another 2 bed) . £ 500 to help with removal costs or redecorating maybe?? please email me if interested. would like same area if possible, ideally close to stud lane in kitts green as would like to be nearer family & close to 14 bus route. :o) would do a 3 or 4 way swap ??
