Council exchange advert - i have a 3 bed semi in colne im wanting a 2/3 bed in st helens or stockport/cheshire area.

i have 3 good sized bedrooms and a new updated bathroom fitted by myself last year. down stairs is a large living room and and large kitchen/dining room. nicely decorated. the front garden is a reasonable size and back garden is huge with a wood and a brick shed. nice family area close to good transport links to burnley and manchester. also good local shops and a min walk from beautiful country side. i want to move to be close to family.
