Its a large 3 bedroom end of terrasce, recencently refurbished top to bottom by council.Brand new kitchen was installed by council. Just recently laided new carpets in lounge,stairway,landing, master bedroom and 2nd larger bedroom. newly laid floor tiles in hallway and kitchen.the only room with no carpet is small bedroom. separate toilet and bedroom of adequate room.Garden is about 20ft by 60ft may even be slightly bigger.No grass in back garden does need a little bit of work, grass in front.
About My Area Not been here very long but everyone seems very nice.Shops,schools and other local amenities are very close by.This is a very quite part of the estate with quite neighbours, its a very family orientated place.Great places near by to go for long walks as we have a canal just 5 mins down the road with lots of open spaces. Milton keyens city center is only a bus ride away or 10 mins by car. There is lots of public transport very near and buses and trains running regulary.
Home Swap Wanted Looking to move to a costal area such as Dorset,Hampshire,Devon,Cornwall and am willing to down size to a large 2 bedroomed house due to my home life circumstances changing. Must have a garden with pets allowed, also must have parking facility. would prefer either end of terrace, semi detached or detached.
