Council exchange advert - 2 Bed~Hastings... Need 2 Bed in SE London

WHAT I HAVE TO OFFER:
I have a ground floor flat in Hastings, East Sussex. The property has both front and back gardens for your sole use. Both bedrooms are spacious and will fit double beds. There is only one person above me. The flat looks like a house from outside ~ Not a block of flats.

I am close to Schools, Local Shops Bus routes & just 5 mins from Town Centre & the sea. The area is quiet as are my neighbours. I am only moving due to ill health and need to be close to my sister.


WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
I would like a 2 bedroom property in Thamesmead, Woolwich, Plumstead, Abbey Wood & Erith Areas. My Sister lives in West Thamesmead so anywhere within or around that area would be ideal! =)


PLEASE NOTE:
If the property is a maisonette or flat then it MUST be ground floor as I am disabled. I do not need any adaptations and you do NOT have to be disabled to live in my current property.
