There is no garden but to the rear is a small woodland and a park. To the front is a courtyard area with a grassy area with a bench. There is plenty of parking you do not need a permit. Close to local amenities. Nice quiet area with nice quiet neighbours of all different ages. Pets allowed - I myself have both dogs and cats. I am only wanting to move because I have just got divorced and I want to move nearer to my sister who lives in Filby. I am seeking a 1 bedroom flat in Great Yarmouth. Must allow dogs and cats.
