I have a 7th floor, 2 bedroom flat in Manchester - Collyhurst area. 1 Mile from the city centre. The property is on the south east corner with views across the pennines, and of the whole city centre.
The area is due to undergo PFI refurbishment - as I understand many of the older buildings will be replaced with private housing and you will have your choice of bathroom and kitchen.
The windows and exterior will be completely refurbished and additional security, CCTV etc will be added. The council is spending £260m on the project.
The building is quiet being restricted to over 25s and no dogs are allowed.
