Council exchange advert - Lady in Hemel would like to move to London

I have a one bedroom flat on the 3rd flr in the heart of Hemel Hempstead. It is near to the lovely old town and very close to the local park. Easy acces to local shops and supermarket (larger supermarkets short drive away). Good bus service and rail station nearby. The flat is a good size, double glazed windows with a long lounge, large bedroom and plenty of storage space. The bathroom and kitchen are in good decorative order. The flats are owned by the Guinness Trust and was built in 1982. There is a door entry system with room to park you car. I also have good neighbours. I would like to move to a one or two bedroom flat (no higher than 3rd flr) or house in London (will consider most areas). I don't mind if the property needs decorating. I can move within a few weeks.
