Council exchange advert - 3 Bedroom Mid-Terraced House in RM10 REQ, 2-3 Bed Anywhere

Hi, I have a 2 bedroom mid-terraced house in Dagenham, Essex (RM10).
The house has double-glazed windows throughout along with Gas Central heating. I have just recently had all the electrial wires re-wired so everything is up to date.
The back garden is roughly 15ft wide and 60-70ft long, along with a front garden roughly 25ft long by 20ft wide.
I have a large open plan living/dining area which is seperated with an arch in between.
The bedrooms are good sizes, the master bedroom has a walk in cupboard with a clothes rail and shelves. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, Most walls in all rooms were plastered roughly 2 years ago, so not that long ago.
The bathroom has been tiled from top to bottom in neutral colours and has bath/shower.
The Kitchen has only been in for 2-3 years with spotlights for ceiling lights, and under cupboard lights. It has a built in cooker fan extractor.
There are also spotlights on the ceiling going up the stairs. There is also a under stairs cupboard for extra storage.
We are close to 2 local parks (Pondfield & Parsloes), 3 primary schools (Hunters Hall, Richard Alibon & John Perry), 2 secondary schools, (Eastbrook & Sydney Russell) 2 train stations(Dagenham Heathway & Dagenhm East), 3 sets of local shops (Heathway, Oxlow Lane & Dagenham East Shops) and plenty of bus stops. We are close also close to A13.

I need to be able to get to Upton Park easily.
