We have a very spacious groundfloor two bed flat,there are only 6 flats in the block.It has large open plan kitchen/living room with breakfast bar seperating.Two double bedrooms.Bathroom with bath and shower,seperate toilet.We have a long,pretty garden out the back which is available only to the residents of our block but we are the only ones that use it.The neighbours are all very quiet and considerate.15-20 min walk from town and schools.needing three bed house with gardens.Any cornwall areas considered.
